Database Administrator (mySQL)

We are looking for a highly experienced DBA to help solve a large-scale optimization problem. You will be working in a fast paced environment with other talented individuals who are very passionate about the projects they work on.

• Optimization of table structure and SQL statements
• Monitoring current and future queries for accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

Absolutely Required

• +5 years experience with mySQL
• Comfortable with replication, clustering, and other scaling techniques
• Experience with sharding
• Experience with high traffic on demand

• Write-caching

Nice To Have

• Previous startup experience
• PHP experience
